Plantation & Pompano Beach, FL.

SMI is currently seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Security Officer to work at our 55+ Senior Apartment Communities in Plantation and Pompano Beach.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with senior residents, have excellent customer service skills, and are comfortable using a computer to complete reports and communicate effectively.

Work Schedule:

Plantation Location:

Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Pay: $17.50 per hour.

Pompano Beach Location:

Wednesday.
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Pay: $18.30 per hour.

Qualifications:

Valid Florida Class \"D\" Security License (Required).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Computer proficient and able to complete electronic reports.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
Ability to work independently while providing exceptional service to residents and visitors.
Experience working in residential communities is a plus.
