Plantation & Pompano Beach, FL.
SMI is currently seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Security Officer to work at our 55+ Senior Apartment Communities in Plantation and Pompano Beach.
We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with senior residents, have excellent customer service skills, and are comfortable using a computer to complete reports and communicate effectively.
Work Schedule:
Plantation Location:
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Pay: $17.50 per hour.
Pompano Beach Location:
- Wednesday.
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Pay: $18.30 per hour.
Qualifications:
- Valid Florida Class "D" Security License (Required).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Computer proficient and able to complete electronic reports.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Ability to work independently while providing exceptional service to residents and visitors.
- Experience working in residential communities is a plus.
