Job Title: Foot/Pool Patrol Rover – Condominium Security
Location: Hollywood Beach (Ocean Drive Area)
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Positions Available: 2

Position Overview

We are seeking professional and reliable Security Officers to serve as Foot/Pool Patrol Rovers for a high-rise condominium located in the Hollywood Beach area. This role is highly visible and customer-facing, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to patrol a multi-level property effectively.

Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and staff while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the property, including all 43 floors, common areas, and pool deck.
Monitor and secure pool area, ensuring compliance with property rules and safety guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting residents, guests, and visitors in a professional manner.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or incidents.
Communicate clearly and promptly with supervisors and team members regarding incidents or concerns.
Utilize basic computer systems for reporting, logging activities, and incident documentation.
Complete detailed and accurate daily activity reports and incident reports.
Assist with access control and enforce property policies as needed.

Work Schedule:

Must be available to work 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid Florida Class D Security License.
Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, including continuous foot patrols.
Comfortable patrolling a high-rise building (43 floors).
Basic computer skills and report writing ability required.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Tech-savvy and able to learn property-specific systems quickly.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

Prior experience in condominium or residential security.
Experience with access control systems and surveillance equipment.

Work Environment:

Indoor and outdoor patrols, including pool deck exposure to weather conditions.
High-rise residential setting with frequent interaction with residents and guests.
