Job Title: Sales and Marketing Assistant.

Schedule: Part-Time (25 hours per week).
Compensation: $19/hour.

Position Overview:
SMI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our business development and outreach efforts. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with direct communication, enjoys creative marketing tasks, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, maintaining client engagement, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce services and generate new business opportunities.
Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including content posting and engagement tracking.
Design marketing materials such as flyers, social media posts, and promotional graphics using Canva.
Assist with the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns to target audiences.
Update and maintain accurate customer and lead information in Salesforce.
Generate reports and track key performance metrics related to sales and marketing activities.
Collaborate with internal team members to align outreach and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients.
Basic graphic design skills or experience using Canva or similar tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

Work Environment:
This is a part-time position requiring 25 hours per week. The role may be performed in an office, hybrid, or remote setting depending on company needs.
