Schedule: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Schedule may vary based on operational needs.)

Security Management Innovations (SMI) is seeking an experienced, professional, and motivated Site Lead to oversee the daily security operations at a luxury two-tower high-rise condominium in North Miami Beach.
This is a working supervisory position, meaning the successful candidate will not only lead and manage the security team but will also be assigned to work the Front Desk Security Post while providing operational oversight. The Site Lead will report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with on-site property management and the Board of Directors to ensure the highest level of safety, security, and customer service.
Position Summary
The Site Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the security program at the assigned property. This position requires a hands-on leader who can effectively supervise officers, maintain staffing, train employees, and build strong working relationships with residents, property management, and the Board of Directors.
The ideal candidate is a dependable professional with experience supervising security operations in a luxury high-rise residential environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily security operations for a two-tower high-rise condominium.
- Supervise, coach, and support the security team.
- Prepare and manage employee work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Train new Security Officers and provide ongoing coaching and performance support.
- Work the assigned Front Desk security post while supervising daily operations.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure officers are following post orders and company policies.
- Maintain open communication with property management, residents, and the Board of Directors.
- Assist with incident investigations and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure all reports, logs, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Promote outstanding customer service and maintain a professional presence at all times.
- Address resident concerns and assist in resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with SMI policies, client expectations, and site-specific procedures.
- Support the Operations Manager with administrative and operational responsibilities as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in a high-rise condominium or luxury residential community.
- Experience overseeing security operations for a multi-building or two-tower property preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while leading a team.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, email, scheduling systems, and report writing.
- Valid Florida Class D Security Officer License.
- Valid Florida Driver's License preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
- Russian language skills are a plus.
- Experience working directly with property management teams and Boards of Directors.
- Experience with access control systems, CCTV, and visitor management software.
