Job Title: Overnight Commercial Building Security Officer
Location: 800 Brickell
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and reliable Overnight Commercial Building Security Officer to join our team at a high-end commercial property located at 800 Brickell. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and property management while demonstrating strong customer service and attention to detail.

This position requires a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who is comfortable working independently during overnight hours in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control building access points during overnight hours.
Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations.
Write detailed daily activity and incident reports.
Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and authorized visitors.
Enforce property rules, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate with property management and emergency services when necessary.
Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Prior commercial building security experience preferred.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Must be dependable and punctual.
Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working in high-end commercial office buildings.
Familiarity with access control systems and CCTV monitoring.
