Patrol Officer – Kendall Area.
We are currently hiring a professional and dependable Patrol Officer for a residential community located in the Kendall area. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of residents, monitoring community activity, and conducting parking enforcement throughout the property.
Position Information:
- Location: Kendall Area.
- Schedule: Weekends Only.
- Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Shift Length: 12-hour shifts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Patrol the residential community to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents and guests.
- Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and common areas throughout the property.
- Enforce community parking rules and regulations.
- Issue parking violations and report unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, suspicious activity, and resident concerns.
- Complete daily activity reports and incident reports accurately and professionally.
- Maintain a visible security presence to help deter criminal activity and policy violations.
- Communicate effectively with residents, management, supervisors, and law enforcement when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Must be 25 years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must have a valid Florida Class D Security License.
- Previous patrol or security experience preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and observation skills required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and attitude required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in residential communities or HOA environments.
- Knowledge of parking enforcement procedures.
- Strong conflict resolution and report-writing skills.
