SMI Security is excited to announce a new account launching in July at a large, upscale residential community in Pembroke Pines, Florida. We are seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused Security Patrol Officers to join our team.
This is a highly active community where security officers serve as ambassadors of safety and professionalism. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and professional report-writing experience.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct vehicle patrols throughout the community.
- Monitor property access points and common areas.
- Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and emergencies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
- Complete detailed and accurate incident and activity reports.
- Enforce community rules and regulations in a professional manner.
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and promote safety.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid Florida Class "D" Security Officer License.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous vehicle patrol/security experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
Compensation:
- Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour.
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
