Part-Time Security Front Desk Officer – Weekend Shifts.
Location: Biscayne, Downtown Miami, FL.
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Pay: $17.50 per hour.

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Security Front Desk Officer to support our condo community in the heart of Downtown Miami. This role is ideal for someone looking for weekend work and who is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
Monitor building entrances and maintain access control to ensure the safety and security of residents and property.
Respond to emergencies and incidents according to company protocols.
Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor entries.
Assist with communication between residents, management, and security staff.
Patrol common areas as needed to ensure safety and compliance with building rules.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Previous security or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Ability to remain alert and professional for the full duration of the shift.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 7 AM – 7 PM).
Reliable transportation to Downtown Miami.
