Position Overview
We are currently seeking a professional and customer service-oriented Concierge Security Officer for a full-time swing shift position at a luxury high-rise condominium in the Brickell area.

Pay Rate:
Schedule:
- Full-Time.
- Swing Shift (afternoon/evening hours; schedule may vary).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors.
- Provide a high level of customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter the property.
- Manage visitor check-in/check-out procedures.
- Answer phones, handle inquiries, and assist residents as needed.
- Maintain a professional lobby presence at all times.
- Complete incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Coordinate with property management and staff when necessary.
- Respond to and report any security or safety concerns.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in:
- Concierge, front desk, or security roles (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer skills (emails, logs, visitor systems).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Active Florida Class D Security License (preferred or required).
