SMI Security is seeking an experienced, professional, and dependable Security Officer for a high-rise condominium/hotel property in the Bal Harbour area. This position focuses on overnight security, loss prevention, access control, and resident/guest safety.
Position Details:
- Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
- Shift: Overnight
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Location: Bal Harbour Area
Requirements:
- Valid Florida Class D Security License.
- Previous security experience; hotel, high-rise, or Loss Prevention experience strongly preferred.
- Strong observation, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Professional appearance, reliability, and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct security patrols and monitor property access.
- Work closely with the Loss Prevention Team.
- Identify, document, and report suspicious activity and security concerns.
- Protect residents, guests, employees, and property.
