SMI Security is currently seeking a reliable and professional Bilingual Flex Security Officer to support and cover multiple accounts throughout Miami-Dade County. Position Overview:
As a Flex Security Officer, you will be responsible for filling in at various locations as needed, including covering shifts for vacations, call-outs, and emergency situations. This position requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coverage at multiple client sites across Miami-Dade County.
- Perform routine patrols and maintain a visible security presence.
- Monitor access control and verify credentials.
- Respond to incidents and write detailed reports.
- Follow post orders and company procedures at each assigned location.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Prior security experience preferred.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be available on short notice.
- Reliable transportation (required to travel between sites).
- Computer proficiency (report writing, basic systems use).
- Strong professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
