About the Job
SMI Security is seeking two highly motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Unarmed Security Officers for our On-Call Floater team. This is an excellent opportunity for security professionals looking to take the next step in their careers while gaining valuable experience and growing within our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide security coverage at various SMI accounts throughout Miami-Dade County.
- Assist with last-minute staffing needs and call-outs.
- Serve as backup support to the Road Captain team.
- Maintain professionalism and flexibility when assigned to different locations.
Requirements:
- Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
- Must hold a valid Florida Class D Security License.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle.
- Must be flexible and available for all three shifts (morning, evening, and overnight).
- Must be dependable, professional, and willing to travel throughout Miami-Dade County.
